BIDITPRO SAFETY & VERIFICATION POLICY

OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

BiditPro LLC is committed to creating a safe and trustworthy marketplace for homeowners and Contractors. This Policy outlines our verification procedures and safety expectations for all platform users.

VERIFICATION LEVELS

All Users (Homeowners and Contractors): Phone number verification via SMS code; email address verification; agreement to Terms of Service. Contractors Only: Business information submission; proof of insurance upload and verification; license number (where applicable); identity confirmation. Contractors cannot submit bids until verification is complete.

PHONE VERIFICATION

All users must verify a valid phone number. This: confirms you are a real person; enables account recovery; allows emergency contact if needed; and reduces spam and fake accounts. You will receive an SMS code that must be entered to complete registration.

CONTRACTOR INSURANCE VERIFICATION

All Contractors must maintain and verify insurance coverage. We verify: policy is current and not expired; coverage meets minimum requirements ($1M per occurrence, $2M aggregate); business name matches registration; and policy covers the services offered. WHAT VERIFICATION MEANS

Verification confirms: phone number is valid and accessible; insurance documentation has been reviewed; basic business information has been provided. Verification does NOT guarantee: quality of work; reliability or professionalism; background check clearance (we do not conduct background checks); licensing compliance in your jurisdiction; or any specific outcome.

HOMEOWNER SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a homeowner, you should: review Contractor profiles and ratings before accepting bids; read reviews from other homeowners; ask questions before accepting a bid; be present or have someone present during initial visits; trust your instincts

if something feels wrong, cancel; keep records of all communications; and report any concerning behavior.

CONTRACTOR SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Contractor, you must: perform services safely and professionally; use proper safety equipment; follow all applicable safety regulations; never work while impaired; respect homeowner property; maintain safe work areas; and report any safety hazards.

ON-SITE SAFETY

Both parties should: communicate clearly about access and expectations; ensure pets are secured if needed; identify any hazards (underground utilities, etc.); agree on work hours and access; and maintain clear pathways for emergency exit.

INCIDENT REPORTING

Report safety concerns immediately: use the in-app "Report" feature; email support@biditpro.com; or for emergencies, call 911 first. When reporting, include: what happened; when and where it occurred; who was involved; any evidence (photos, messages); and your contact information.

REVIEW AND RATING SYSTEM

Our review system promotes safety by: allowing users to share experiences; highlighting patterns of good or poor service; informing future decisions; and identifying users who may need to be removed. Please leave honest, constructive reviews after each completed job.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION CRITERIA

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for: verified safety violations; pattern of complaints; threatening or harassing behavior; fraudulent activity; failure to maintain required insurance (Contractors); or any conduct that endangers others.

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

In case of emergency: call 911 immediately; move to a safe location; document what happened when safe to do so; and report to BidItPro after the situation is resolved. Your safety is the priority

never put yourself at risk to complete a job or save a transaction.

LIMITATIONS

BidItPro is a platform connecting homeowners and Contractors. We do not: employ or supervise Contractors; guarantee any work performed; conduct background checks; verify licenses in all jurisdictions; or control how services are performed. Users are responsible for their own safety decisions.
