BIDITPRO CONTRACTOR PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Effective Date: December 2, 2025
INTRODUCTION
This Contractor Participation Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as a service contractor ("Contractor") on the BidItPro platform operated by BiditPro LLC ("Company"). By registering as a Contractor, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
*You are an independent contractor, not an employee of BiditPro LLC.
- This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership,
joint venture, or agency relationship. As an independent contractor, you: control how, when, and where you perform services; are responsible for your own taxes; are not entitled to employee benefits; may work for other platforms; and must maintain your own business licenses and insurance.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To participate as a Contractor, you must: (a) Be at least 18 years old; (b) Have legal authority to perform the services you offer; (c) Maintain valid, active insurance as required by our Insurance Requirements Policy; (d) Complete phone verification; (e) Provide accurate business information; (f) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
You must maintain General Liability Insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Additional requirements apply for specific service categories (tree work, roofing). You must upload proof of insurance and keep it current. Failure to maintain insurance will result in suspension of bidding privileges.
CONNECTION FEES
When a homeowner accepts your bid, you will be charged a $5.00 Connection Fee. This fee unlocks direct messaging and contact information exchange. The fee is non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Payment is processed through Stripe.
BIDDING OBLIGATIONS
When submitting bids, you agree to: (a) Provide accurate pricing based on job requirements; (b) Honor accepted bids at the quoted price; (c) Respond to homeowner messages within 48 hours; (d) Complete accepted jobs in a professional manner; (e) Not submit bids you cannot fulfill.
SERVICE STANDARDS
You agree to: perform services professionally and competently; arrive on time or communicate delays; treat homeowners and their property with respect; clean up work areas upon completion; address
reasonable concerns about your work; and comply with all safety regulations.
ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION
You agree NOT to: share contact information before Connection Fee payment; use coded language to bypass PII filtering; direct homeowners to contact you outside the platform before payment; encourage homeowners to cancel and reconnect outside BidItPro. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any pending refunds.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You shall not: submit false or misleading information; manipulate ratings or reviews; harass homeowners or other users; discriminate against any protected class; perform services while impaired; subcontract without disclosure; or engage in any illegal activity.
RATINGS AND REVIEWS
Homeowners may rate and review your services. You agree not to: offer incentives for positive reviews; threaten homeowners regarding reviews; create fake reviews; or retaliate against homeowners for negative reviews. We may remove reviews that violate our policies.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Payment for services is arranged directly between you and the homeowner. BidItPro does not process, guarantee, or mediate service payments. You are responsible for collecting payment and resolving any payment disputes directly with homeowners.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account for: violation of this Agreement or other policies; pattern of poor ratings or complaints; failure to maintain insurance; fraudulent activity; or any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate by deleting your account.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BIDITPRO LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR: the conduct of homeowners; non-payment for your services; property damage or injuries during service; disputes between you and homeowners; or lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the Connection Fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BiditPro LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: your services or conduct; your violation of this Agreement; your violation of any law; or disputes with homeowners.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma.
