Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice and Takedown Policy Effective Date: December 2, 2025

OVERVIEW

BiditPro LLC ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that content on BidItPro infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to locate it.

  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address).

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

PROCESSING NOTICES

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will: acknowledge receipt within 2 business days; investigate the claim; remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if appropriate; notify the user who posted the content; and document the notice and our response.

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.

  5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in Oklahoma and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will: forward it to the original complainant; inform them they have 10 business days to seek a court order; and restore the content within 10-14 business days if no court action is filed.

REPEAT INFRINGERS

BidItPro maintains a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

MISREPRESENTATION

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please ensure your notice or counter-notice is accurate before submission.
