WHAT ARE COOKIES?

TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE

Necessary Cookies: Essential for the platform to function. These enable: user authentication and login sessions; security features; load balancing; and basic platform functionality. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with BidItPro. We use these to: measure platform performance; identify popular features; detect and fix issues; and improve user experience. Data is aggregated and anonymized.

MOBILE APP TRACKING

Our mobile apps use: device identifiers for authentication; push notification tokens; analytics SDKs (similar to cookies); and crash reporting tools. Mobile tracking follows similar principles to cookies but uses device-specific technologies.

HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES

Browser Settings: Most browsers allow you to: block all cookies; block third-party cookies; clear existing cookies; and receive alerts before cookies are set. Note: Blocking necessary cookies may prevent BidItPro from functioning properly. Mobile App Settings: You can manage tracking through: your device's privacy settings; app-specific settings within BidItPro; and opting out of analytics collection. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. Currently, there is no industry standard for responding to these signals. We do not currently respond to DNT signals but will update this policy if that changes.

DATA RETENTION

Cookie data retention varies by type: session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies expire according to their settings (typically 30 days to 2 years); and analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months.
