Yes, completely free. Post jobs, review bids, hire contractors — no fees, no markup, no subscription. Now and forever.
How long does it take to post a job?
Less than two minutes. Pick a service, answer a few questions, add photos, and set your timeline.
What services can I book?
Right now: Lawn Care, Pool Cleaning, House Cleaning, and Fencing. We're adding services regularly across outdoor, exterior, interior, and mobile categories.
What areas do you serve?
We're rolling out market by market. Download the app to see if contractors are active in your ZIP code.
Bids & Hiring
How fast will I get bids?
Most jobs receive their first bid within hours. Active service categories typically see multiple competitive bids the same day.
How do I choose the right contractor?
Each bid shows the contractor's price, profile, ratings, reviews, and trust badges (insurance verified, OG status, tenure). Compare side-by-side and pick what fits.
Are contractors verified?
Every contractor is manually approved by our team before they can bid. Insurance verification is optional but earns a trust badge.
What is the Connection Card?
Once you accept a bid, you get a Connection Card with the contractor's direct contact info. No middleman, no app messaging gymnastics — just call, text, or email them directly.
Costs & Safety
Who handles payment?
You pay your contractor directly using whatever method you both agree on. BidItPro is not in the payment flow for jobs.
What if something goes wrong with the job?
Leave an honest review and reach out to us at support@bidit.pro. Reviews directly affect a contractor's standing on the platform.
Do you sell my information?
Never. We don't sell, share, or monetize homeowner data. Our business is contractor subscriptions and bid credits — not your data.
